Operating one of the highest-capacity foodservice plastics lines in Southeast Europe, Pirinplast produces and supplies a full-spectrum catalogue of disposable plastic cutlery alongside dedicated reusable and biodegradable product lines, all injection-molded in-house under continuous quality monitoring.

Pirinplast holds proprietary cutlery designs protected by industrial patents, developed to deliver an optimal balance of ergonomic grip, structural rigidity, and material efficiency across every piece.

Our primary distribution channel serves wholesale operators supplying institutional and commercial end-users, supermarket chains, hospital and healthcare facilities, nurseries, educational institutions, and professional catering companies. We additionally produce complementary serving accessories bundled into ready-to-deploy service kits tailored to each client’s operational workflow.

Every product in the range supports custom logo imprinting and promotional messaging, applied directly during production on qualifying order volumes for full brand integration.

Cutlery Sets

Single-use & reusable cutlery manufactured across multiple dimensional profiles and material grades, from lightweight polystyrene for high-turnover service to heavy-duty polypropylene engineered for repeated institutional use.

The standard portfolio encompasses forks, knives, and spoons manufactured across multiple dimensional profiles, standard lengths of ~165 mm and ~180 mm for main-course service, plus a compact dessert spoon at ~124 mm for confectionery and catering applications.

All items ship either in bulk cartons for high-volume processors or in pre-assembled packaged sets, individually wrapped single-use kits through to multi-piece bundles (3-5 items) configured for delivery platforms, banquet catering, or large-scale event logistics.

Sterile Production Environment

All cutlery is produced under strict hygienic conditions guaranteeing complete absence of contamination, with dedicated packaging rooms for utensil sets, full compliance with all hygiene requirements, and regular internal monitoring of staff, facilities, and equipment across the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and catering production lines.

STD Cutlery (Lightweight)

Lightweight single-use cutlery series engineered for high-volume, rapid-turnover foodservice environments, optimized for cost-effective deployment without compromising functional grip or structural integrity under standard service loads.

Configuration: Full three-piece set – knife, fork, and spoon. Compact dimensional profile at 160–165 mm length, purpose-built for canteen service, event catering, takeaway operations, and institutional meal distribution.

Material Options: Available in Polystyrene (PS) for conventional single-use applications, and in BIO (biodegradable material) for clients operating under compostability mandates or sustainability procurement policies.

LUX Cutlery (Heavyweight)

Heavyweight cutlery series manufactured to institutional-grade mechanical specifications, delivering superior rigidity, premium tactile feel, and dimensional authority for professional foodservice environments demanding reusable-class performance.

Configuration: Full three-piece set – knife, fork, and spoon at 180 mm length. The extended profile delivers enhanced leverage and ergonomic control, purpose-engineered for main-course service in hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and airline catering operations.

Material Options: Available in Polypropylene (PP), rated for repeated wash-and-reuse cycles in institutional settings, and in Polystyrene (PS) for premium single-use applications where heavyweight feel is required without reusability.

Colour Range: White, Transparent, and Natural finishes as standard production colourways. Additional custom colours available on qualifying order volumes, enabling full visual alignment with client brand identity and service presentation standards.

Dessert Spoon

Compact-format single-use spoon purpose-designed for dessert, confectionery, and portion-controlled catering applications, delivering precise ergonomic scaling for lighter service items without excess material overhead.

Configuration: Dedicated dessert spoon at 124 mm length, dimensionally optimized for ice cream, yoghurt, puddings, and individual dessert portions. The reduced-length profile reduces per-unit material consumption while maintaining the structural rigidity required for real-world service conditions. Ideal for confectionery counters, pastry service, airline dessert trays, and packaged meal accompaniments.

Custom Meal Sets (Customizable)

Fully configurable cutlery sets assembled to client-specified composition and branding requirements, from individually wrapped single-service kits to multi-piece bundles engineered for delivery platforms, banquet logistics, and large-scale institutional meal programs.

Set Composition: Cutlery can be combined into complete meal kits including napkin, condiments, refreshing wipe, and additional accessories, with the option of branded packaging carrying client logo, regulatory markings, or promotional messaging applied directly during production.

Pack Configurations: Delivered in packs of 20, 25, 50, or 100 pieces, or in bulk cartons for high-volume redistribution. Every packaging run is executed in dedicated sterile packaging rooms under full hygiene compliance, ensuring zero contamination across the entire assembly and sealing process.
