Pirinplast is constantly developing its capabilities by manufacturing new products according to customer requirements. We continuously invest in modern technology to improve quality and production efficiency.
Due to the diversity of its products, the factory is able to manufacture items for various applications and industries, with the automotive industry, glass industry, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, construction, agriculture, separate waste collection, and reusable packaging currently being the main components.
The company maintains a high level of competitiveness, having perfected the production of polypropylene corrugated cardboard products over the years (VELPLASTIC). Velplastic is the trade name and registered trademark of polypropylene corrugated plastic produced by Pirinplast, the only manufacturer of polypropylene profiled sheets in Bulgaria.
In September 2007, the company purchased and implemented a new line for the production of polycarbonate sheets from the Italian company OMPIA. The expansion of the production line makes Pirinplast the only manufacturer in Bulgaria of this type of polycarbonate sheets, which have numerous applications. Carbostar meets today's needs, combining unlimited design possibilities and a number of other important advantages. It is relatively inexpensive, which makes it a versatile material that can be used in various industries. Easy to install and maintain, it offers modern aesthetic design, stability, and durability.

Quality control
For us, one of the most important elements of the production process is the quality of the raw material. The plant purchases raw materials that comply with European standards.
The ISO 9001 quality system implemented by the company guarantees that all customer requirements are met in the production process.
Technological facilities
The plant is equipped with innovative machinery that reflects the various stages of the production process.
Pirinplast manufactures its products using three main technological methods, which are constantly being improved: extrusion; pressure molding (injection molding); blow molding.
Extrusion – in addition to being the only manufacturer of polycarbonate sheets in Bulgaria, it produces polypropylene corrugated cardboard and polymer nets, which are internationally sought-after products.
Pressure molding (injection molding) – This method is used to produce products weighing from a few grams to 4500 grams, meeting a wide range of consumer requirements.
Blow molding (blow molding) – This method is used to produce tubes and containers of various capacities. The main raw materials used in production are: polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polystyrene.
Recycling – Pirinplast understands the need for plastic recycling and uses various recycling processes. Our main component in production – polypropylene – is suitable for reuse as it is 100% recyclable. At the end of the product cycle, we can purchase the customer's product and put it back into production.
