What is Polypropylene?
Polypropylene is a hygienic and environmentally friendly material, a better alternative to traditional materials such as cardboard or wood, which are traditionally used for packaging. VELPLASTIC is a lightweight, flexible, water-resistant, and non-toxic product that can withstand pressure, inorganic solutions, acids, and bases. In addition, it can be reused multiple times and is 100% recyclable. We offer our customers a complete solution, from the production of polypropylene corrugated sheets to the manufacture of a variety of products from them.
Applications of Velplastic
Main characteristics of "VELPLASTIC"
Our products can be between 2 and 10 mm thick. We will help you choose the right thickness for your project.
The maximum width of a "VELPLASTIC" sheet is 2000 mm, and the length can be as long as you need.
We measure weight in g/m2, and again we are flexible and can offer sheets with a density ranging from 280 g/m2 to 1800 g/m2.
We will manufacture the products in the color according to your requirements.
Our products are available with UV protection. This extends the life of the product.
We offer a custom flexographic or screen printing option for your product. Send us your print design and we will make sure it looks its best.
We offer VELPLASTIC sheets, which are fire-resistant and limit the spread of fire. Tell us what flammability class the product needs to meet, and we will manufacture it accordingly.
We offer "VELPLASTIC" with an antistatic coating that will disperse static electricity and reduce dust accumulation on the surface of your products.
We also offer the option of laminating the surface of the sheet with a special fabric, which provides the best possible protection for the packaged items.
We offer our customers the opportunity to apply their own print on "VELPLASTIC". Choose this option and we will produce the sheets with CORONA treatment so that they are ready for your print to be applied.
